God knows...

I am so thankful that God knows the desires of our hearts.  I am thankful that He chooses to lay passages from the Bible in our minds and hearts to remind us that we are not alone.  I am thankful that He included stories in His Word that show other people's struggles.  How they were unfaithful, whether in action or thought, but that He remained faithful!  I am thankful that stories of infertility are included in the Bible.  I am thankful that God chose to include the emotions involved with this...because they are so real.

I have been seeking the Lord in this issue again.  I believe Psalm 127: 3-5 (NIV), "Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him.  Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth.  Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them."  How I long for a quiver full!!!

I also believe Provers 30:15-16, "There are three things that are never satisfied, four that never say, 'Enough!': the grave, the barren womb, land, which is never satisfied with water, and fire, which never says, 'Enough!'"

Thank you Lord for not dismissing my feelings.  Thank you for the miracle of Lorelei.  Please allign the desires of my heart with Yours.
