Alright people. I'm gonna be doing a 21 day sugar detox. Starting TOMORROW. There never is a good time to start. There is always some event coming up at which I will want to eat. So I'm shopping Monday and starting Tuesday. My rock star hubby is doing this with me.
Goals: to reset. Be able to know when I have eaten enough. To retrain my taste buds to appreciate natural sweetness. Weight loss would not be a disappointment.
