First let me say that this idea is not original with me. I read about it in a Family Fun magazine last year.
All you do is buy a storage bin with wheels and a lid. This makes it movable and keeps the cats out. Buy two bags of play sand and you have a sandbox for $20 or less.
It is extra special when your artsy Daddy draws on the outside for you.
